How it works

Digital Souvenirs automates the delivery of personalised content via email and hosts it on a branded, mobile-friendly web page. Visitors can view, download, and share their souvenirs instantly across social platforms.  We offer full integration with WhatsApp, Facebook, X, Instagram and TikTok. Visitors can also download the souvenirs directly onto their computer, tablet, or mobile.

Heineken Experience

A great example of Digital Souvenirs in action is the Heineken Experience. Over 1,000,000 visitors have recorded a video of themselves riding the karaoke bike. These fun, shareable videos are powered by Digital Souvenirs and help extend the brand experience beyond the physical location.

The DoSeum

At The DoSeum, a children’s museum in the US, kids become STEM agents through interactive play and imagination. They create their avatar (complete with a photo!) and discover their STEM identity by engaging with various interactive exhibits. At the end of their visit, they receive a personalised digital souvenir featuring their avatar and STEM identity.
