Balashi Beer Experience
Discover Aruba's beer
Across 12 carefully crafted scenes, visitors are taken on a journey through the story of Balashi while discovering the culture, identity, and vibrant spirit of Aruba. Through a combination of storytelling, themed environments, rich media, and interactive experiences, visitors experience the history and character of the brand.
For this experience, Kiss the Frog designed and developed five interactive installations, each adding a playful and personal layer to the visitor journey. From exploring the surrounding ocean to personalising your very own beer label.
Interactive Ocean
Visitors can explore an interactive ocean and discover the fascinating marine life surrounding Aruba. By engaging with the installation, they learn the names of different sea creatures and uncover facts about the underwater world.
Explore the brewery
Curious about what happens behind the scenes? Visitors can virtually explore the actual Balashi brewery using a physical joystick, navigating through the facility and getting a closer look at the space where the beer is made and bottled.
Capture your Aruban memory
This photo booth installation invites visitors to step into a classic Aruban setting and capture the moment. They can choose to receive their memory digitally or as a printed 3-frame photo strip, providing a tangible keepsake.
From seawater to fresh water
Water is at the heart of both Aruba and the brewing process. In this interactive experience, visitors can turn a large wheel and follow the desalination process step by step, transforming salt water from the ocean into fresh water, also known as the Balashi cocktail!
Personalise your own Balashi
In the VIP area, visitors can design their very own Balashi beer label by adding their name. They can then order a real bottle featuring their custom label, creating a unique souvenir to take home.
“We have brought together some of the leading players in the attraction industry to create this one-of-a-kind brand experience for the Caribbean. We look forward to welcoming island visitors!”
