BAM Homestudios

Homestudios includes hands-on interactives about floors, walls, tiles, toilets and lighting, 21 creation studios for productive conversations between residents and Homestudios specialists, and a real-life scale 3D studio.

Future residents can review cooktops, tiles, mirror lightning and toilets based on several criteria, to choose what fits their needs best. In the extension theater visitors experience the effect of extending the room, using a sliding wall and projection of the view.

The result of the Homestudios visit is shown in the 3D studio. Future residents watch a personal intro show, which is projected on the floor and walls. At the end a life-size floor plan of their future home appears. They can walk through it and project samples of walls and floor finishes into the room using a tablet. Via another tablet the bathroom or toilet can be shown in Augmented Reality.

Besides the hands-on interactives, there are 21 creation studios. In these rooms, the visitor and a consultant sit at the table to discuss the plans. A large touchscreen incorporated into the table allows the visitor and the consultant to view and adjust personal choices.
