Play Playground

In the United States there is a lively bar called Play Playground, spanning 15,000 square feet of interactive, hands-on games. It features large-scale attractions, including physical, memory, puzzle, and team games, all designed for friendly competition and sharing on social media.

Kiss the Frog developed the software for twelve interactive attractions, implementing gameplay logic for each game and orchestrating the interaction between players, digital sensors, and the gamification system.

In addition to the software, Kiss the Frog supplied Experios, the experience platform, which includes several back-end components. The core element is a gamification system. Each game begins at a login kiosk, where players sign in with their personal RFID card. We used Experios to record and share all visitors’ results, keeping track of scores for each gaming session.

Experios also manages all leaderboard information displayed throughout Play Playground. Furthermore, it is integrated with Play Playground’s payment system to check and debit game credits from visitors’ RFID cards.

Play Playground is spreading the fun far and wide. They kicked off in 2024 in Las Vegas with a gambling-themed adventure, and in 2025 a country-flavored experience opened in the heart of Nashville!
